The Service utilizes artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or produce unintended results. You must review all generated letters before sending them. Instant Letter Pro is not liable for any errors, omissions, or actions taken based on the AI-generated text.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original text you input. The formatted text generated by the AI is provided for your use. You agree not to build a competing service by scraping or reverse-engineering our backend.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Letter Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
